Making changes to your diet and increasing your exercise levels will assist the laser treatment to do its job. Look at eating more foods that are low in fat and sugar like fruit, vegetables and lean meat. Choose exercises that will burn the calories while at the same time strengthen and tone the muscles in the cellulite affected areas. For example, stair climbing is great for cellulite on the butt and legs.

Cellulite laser treatment has many advantages. It is a non-invasive way to achieve cellulite reduction painlessly. But it has two major drawbacks. Firstly, depending on where you have it done it can be expensive. Secondly, you will need more than one treatment over several weeks.
